1. Our Service
     WoWStatus is a free service. We do not require you to pay money unless you are to purchase special advertising such as the Premium List and other advertisement locations around the site. We do ask you to please report any issues you are having and we will respond accordingly.

2. Your Privacy
     When registering, you agree to supply us with a valid email address which will be confirmed upon completion of the registration process. Your email address will remain private and only to be seen by the WoWStatus Management. By submitting your email address, WoWStatus now owns this data and has the right to email you however they see fit. Your password is one way encoded in our database and cannot be decoded. Your login information is stored directly on WoWStatus and cannot be altered. This information is then destroyed after you end your session with WoWStatus by either logging out or closing your browser.

3. Your Responsibility
     You accept full responsibility of your account. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible to keep your server information up to date. You agree that WoWStatus is not responsible if your account is compromised. Your account and server will be deleted if inactive for more than one year.

4. Rules
     Only World of Warcraft private servers are allowed to be advertised on the lists. Advertising on another server's page is not allowed. You may not use work arounds to get passed WoWstatus's default filters such as cheating the vote system or duplicating servers. Racism or disrespect towards another is forbidden anywhere throughout the site. We do not give refunds or allow charge backs. If a rule is broken, your account will be locked and will not be allowed to advertise the same server on WoWStatus again until the account is automatically deleted from WoWStatus's database after one year of inactivity. You agree that a WoWStatus Admin may lock your account for whatever reason they interpret to be as "cheating" or an act of disrespect.

5. Disclaimer
     WoWStatus is not responsible for the content of any linked site, or any link contained in a linked site, or changes / updates to such sites. We are no way affiliated with the sites and/or content we advertise. All copyrights and trademarks are property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment in any way. "World of Warcraft" and the WoW logo are the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

6. Acceptance
     When registering an account, you agree to these terms. You agree to re-read and accept these terms when notice of an update is posted on the front page. You agree to abide by these terms for the remainder of your stay at WoWStatus.
